Steve Kerr has praised Shaun Livingston's contribution off the bench for the Golden State Warriors in game one of the Western Conference finals against the Houston Rockets.
Livingston was introduced in the second quarter while the home side were trailing by 16, helping the top seeds finish with a 110-106 win.
"He was terrific, kind of kept us in the game in the second quarter when we were really struggling," NBC Sports quotes the manager as saying.
"Getting to the line, hitting a little mid-range, his defense was good. That's what I like about our team, we tend to find somebody."
The teams meet at the Oracle Arena again on Thursday.
