A foot injury sustained by Kell Brook has put his IBF welterweight title fight with Devon Alexander in jeopardy.
The clash is scheduled to take place at the Broadwalk Hall in Atlantic City on May 18, but Brook's promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed that the bout in five weeks' time may not happen.
Hearn tweeted: "Regarding Kell Brook - he has been receiving some treatment for a foot injury. Will update if any further news."
The fight has already been cancelled twice, with the first encounter failing to happen because of an ankle problem for Brook, before the rescheduled bout was written off when Alexander suffered a bicep injury.
