Fresh doubt has been cast on the grudge bout between David Haye and Dereck Chisora.
The European Boxing Union has taken the decision to suspend the Luxembourg Boxing Federation for agreeing to license the controversial July 14 fight.
The EBU have told the LBF that they face expulsion should they not withdraw from licensing the bout, which the British Boxing Board of Control refused to sanction.
The clash has been mired in controversy since it was announced, as the two fighters were embroiled in a brawl at a press conference following Chisora's loss to Vitali Klitschko in February.
Chisora had his boxing license withdrawn as a result of the scenes in Munich, while Haye had officially retired and had no licence to suspend.
The BBBoC have threatened action against any fighter or promoter participating in the staging of the Upton Park bill.
According to the Daily Mail, Frank Warren may decide to press ahead with the fight, regardless of whether it is sanctioned or not.
