Manny Pacquiao could reportedly face punishment for failing to declare a shoulder injury prior to his fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
The 36-year-old blamed the injury on his unanimous points defeat to the unbeaten American in Las Vegas on Saturday.
Nevada Athletic Commission boss Francisco Aguilar has revealed that the state attorney are looking into the claims as Pacquiao checked 'no' on an official questionnaire when asked if he was injured.
"We will gather all the facts and follow the circumstances," the Daily Star quotes Aguilar as saying. "At some point we will have some discussion. As a licensee of the commission you want to make sure fighters are giving you up-to-date information."
Reports have claimed that the Filipino fighter could be issued with a fine or suspension.
