Jack Wilshere could reportedly be included in Arsenal's matchday squad this week after scoring for the Under-21s on Monday night.

Jack Wilshere could reportedly be included in Arsenal's matchday squad this weekend after working his way back to fitness from a broken leg.

The England international scored his first goal in 11 months during last night's match for the Arsenal Under-21s.

Wilshere has not featured at all for the senior squad this season, but is hopeful of being included in Roy Hodgson's England squad for this summer's European Championships in France.

According to The Independent, Wilshere has a slight chance of being included in the squad for Thursday's Premier League match against West Bromwich Albion, but is more likely to be included by Arsene Wenger in this Sunday's trip to Sunderland.

During last night's Under-21s game, Wilshere required treatment on his right knee, but was declared fit enough to continue.
