Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr are reportedly preparing to table a significant transfer offer for Barcelona winger Raphinha.

Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr are reportedly prepared to submit a significant transfer bid for Barcelona attacker Raphinha.

The Brazilian has registered 20 goals and 25 assists in 87 competitive appearances since arriving from Leeds United in the summer of 2022.

Last season, the winger scored 10 goals and provided 13 assists in 37 matches across all competitions, with only Robert Lewandowski registering more goal contributions for Barcelona.

Raphinha's productive campaign has not prevented him from being linked with a move away this summer despite having three years left to run on his contract.

The Blaugrana are seemingly open to selling Raphinha to make room for new additions as they continue to pursue Athletic Bilbao's Nico Williams and RB Leipzig's Dani Olmo.

Al-Nassr readying Raphinha bid

A recent report claimed that Newcastle United had registered their interest in signing the Brazil international this summer.

Arsenal and Aston Villa have both been linked with a potential move, while clubs in the Saudi Pro League also want to secure Raphinha's signature.

According to Sport, Al-Nassr are willing to submit a mammoth €100m (£84.6m) offer to add Raphinha to their list of star names.

The Saudi Arabian side can already call upon Cristiano Ronaldo, Aymeric Laporte, Marcelo Brozovic and Sadio Mane.

Although Al-Nassr are pushing to sign the Barcelona man, Raphinha is keen to remain with the Blaugrana and link up with the squad for their pre-season tour of the United States.

Barcelona reject offer from another Saudi Pro League side

While it remains to be seen whether Al-Nassr sent a formal proposal, Barcelona have already received one bid from the Saudi Pro League for Raphinha.

As per Mundo Deportivo, the Catalan giants have turned down a €65m (£55m) proposal from Al-Nassr's domestic rivals Al-Hilal.

The report claims that Barcelona would be willing to enter negotiations if they receive an offer in the region of €90m (£76.2m).

A move to Al-Hilal would see Raphinha link up with the likes of Neymar, Ruben Neves, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Renan Lodi and Aleksandar Mitrovic.
