Cesc Fabregas offers his congratulations to his Barcelona teammate Lionel Messi after the latter broke the club's goalscoring record last night.

Cesc Fabregas has passed on his congratulations to his Barcelona teammate Lionel Messi.

The Argentine attacker became the club's leading goalscorer of all time as he scored three times during Barca's 5-3 win over Granada yesterday evening.

"Congratulations to Leo for breaking the goal scoring record of scoring the most goals in the history of Barcelona FC. Amazing my friend!!," Fabregas wrote on Twitter.

Messi has now scored 234 goals for the Catalan club.
