Benfica 'make an offer to Celtic for goalkeeper Fraser Forster'

Benfica reportedly make a bid for Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster, but the Scottish outfit plan to rebuff any offers.

Celtic have reportedly received an offer from Benfica for goalkeeper Fraser Forster.

The shot-stopper is believed to have sparked the interest from the Portuguese club after the two sides met during last season's Champions League campaign.

It is understood that an undisclosed bid has made its way to Parkhead, but the Scottish champions are determined to keep hold of their goalkeeper, according to Sky Sports News.

Forster signed a four-year contract with the club last summer.
