Chelsea are reportedly planning to facilitate a number of exits during the January transfer window.

Chelsea are allegedly already plotting a number of exits during the January transfer window.

With Enzo Maresca known to prefer working with a set amount of 23 or 24 senior players, it has been clear for a number of weeks which squad players may be made available for transfer.

The Italian has already commented on the possibility of Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka leaving Stamford Bridge at the turn of the year.

Furthermore, Maresca has acknowledged that "anything can happen" with the short-term future of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who has been short of game time since a £30m transfer from Leicester City.

However, there are a further batch of players who could soon be finding pastures new in order to progress their career.

What terms are being set for different transfers?

According to BBC Sport, Chelsea will only consider selling Chukwuemeka if they receive his full £40m release clause.

With that realistically unlikely in January, a loan exit could materialise with his most recent game time coming versus Astana in the Conference League earlier this month.

The report adds that Chelsea are also not actively looking to cash in on Cesare Casadei, despite the position that the Italian finds himself in the pecking order.

Serie A club Monza and Eredivisie giants Feyenoord are said to be interested in negotiating a loan deal for the former Inter Milan youngster.

What is the situation with Vale?

Harvey Vale has been a surprise inclusion for the last two Conference League squads, accumulating 68 minutes across matches with Astana and Shamrock Rovers.

That said, the game time was seemingly opportunities to put himself in the shop window ahead of January with his contract due to expire at the end of the season.

Vale is available for a cut-price fee with a sell-on clause, with Chelsea eager to avoid losing a homegrown talent on a free transfer.

Although Omari Kellyman is yet to play a single minute since his £20m transfer from Aston Villa, Chelsea are allegedly not ready to loan out the prospect at the present time given his recent return from a long-term hamstring injury.
