Prospective Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino is due to meet with the Football League on Wednesday.
An uncertain period at the club came to an end on Friday when it was confirmed that Cagliari Calcio owner Cellino had agreed to buy 75% of the club from GFH Capital.
Cellino is expected to watch Leeds at Brighton & Hove Albion this evening before meeting with the League tomorrow, when his purchase is expected to be ratified.
Saturday's 2-1 victory at Yeovil Town saw Leeds climb to within five points of the Championship playoff places.
Despite reportedly initiating the sacking of Brian McDermott, which was reversed by the club, 57-year-old Cellino has insisted that he is behind the manager.
