Kolo Toure: Liverpool need to be "calm"

Liverpool defender Kolo Toure calls for "calm" from the squad in their Premier League run-in.

Kolo Toure has called for "calm" from the Liverpool squad ahead of their Premier League run-in.

The Reds are currently four points behind leaders Chelsea in the division and are unbeaten in 2014.

Ahead of this weekend's trip to Southampton, Toure told the Liverpool Echo: "We just need now to keep calm and do what we have been doing, if we continue that we will get the same results.

"There are going to be some tough games Southampton is a tough place to go but I think we can score goals and defend well as a team and we are working hard."

Toure arrived on a free transfer from Manchester City in the summer.
