Liverpool are in pole position to sign Paris Saint-Germain defender Lucas Digne, according to reports.

The promising 21-year-old joined the French capital club from Lille in 2013, but has struggled for playing time.

According to France Football, the Anfield outfit are favourites to land the Meaux-born full-back ahead of Valencia and Roma.

Digne has eight caps for the France national team since making his debut in March 2014.
