Manchester United want Marcus Rashford contract talks?

Marcus Rashford's four goals in his first two senior appearances prompt Manchester United to bring forward contract talks with the young striker.

Manchester United have reportedly decided to fast-track negotiations over a new deal with Marcus Rashford.

The teenager has grabbed the headlines by scoring four goals in recent outings against FC Midtjylland and Arsenal - his first two senior games for the Red Devils.

That form has prompted United officials to bring forward discussions that were initially planned for the summer, according to the Daily Mail.

Rashford, 18, is currently contracted to Old Trafford until the end of the 2016-17 season.

It is believed that the striker earns £1,500 a week at present, with his fresh terms likely to see him pocket £15,000 a week.
