Rangers defender Chris Hegarty has been handed a two-match ban for his conduct during his side's 0-0 draw with Montrose last weekend.
The Northern Ireland defender, who has made 27 appearances for Rangers this season, is alleged to have stamped on an opponent during the goalless draw.
He has until Thursday to respond to the charge from the Scottish Football Association, when he must decide whether to take the matter to appeal.
A principal hearing date has been set for April 11.
