Swansea City defender Ashley Williams has praised his side's discipline following their 2-0 first-leg win at Chelsea in the Capital One Cup semi-finals.

Michu and Danny Graham scored the goals for the Swans as they stunned their hosts at Stamford Bridge.

"We stuck to our gameplan and defended really well," Williams told Sky Sports News. "We knew it was a massive game for the club but we didn't get carried away.

"The second goal is a bonus for us and gives us a bit of a cushion. They will come at us though [in the second leg]."

Swansea welcome Chelsea to the Liberty Stadium for the second leg on January 23.
