Ferrari has rewarded its workforce with a €14,400 per-employee bonus for 2024, following stronger-than-expected profits across its road car and Formula 1 divisions.

The bonus reflects the Italian marque's financial success, with CEO Benedetto Vigna confident that Ferrari's upward trajectory will continue into 2025 and beyond.

"We expect strong growth in 2025, which will enable us to achieve most of our 2026 profitability targets a year ahead of schedule," Vigna said during a financial conference call.

He also acknowledged that Lewis Hamilton's arrival at Ferrari is a major boost for the company's "brand" appeal.
