McLaren driver Jenson Button has insisted that he is keen to end his run of bad form at the Korean Grand Prix in previous years.
The 2009 world champion has only managed to finish among the points once at Yeongam, but that has not put the Briton off trying to earn a high placing.
He told reporters: "Of course, it would be easy for that to make your head drop, but, in fact, the opposite is true.
"I travel to Korea next week even more determined than normal to reverse the trend, get the absolute maximum from the car and get a good result."
McLaren are facing the prospect of their first winless year since 2006. Neither nor Sergio Perez has managed to finish higher than fifth.
