Great Britain's Frazer Chamberlain has been eliminated from the men's -90kgs judo competition after defeat in the round of 64.
The 23-year-old lost out inside four minutes to Switzerland's Domenic Wenzinger.
After trading shido penalty scores, 27-year-old Wenzinger secured the victory with an ippon.
Chamberlain is a winner of two European Cup medals, most recently in Germany last year where he won silver.
Wenzinger will now face Russia's Kirill Denisov in the round of 32.
