Celtic manager Neil Lennon has paid tribute to the victims of the helicopter tragedy in Glasgow by laying a wreath at the site.

Nine people were killed when a police helicopter crashed through the roof of The Clutha pub in the Scottish city on Friday night.

According to the Daily Mail, Lennon left a handwritten message on the wreath, which read: "They never die who live in the hearts they leave behind — In the thoughts and prayers of everyone at Celtic FC."

Among those killed was 48-year-old Gary Arthur, who is the father of Celtic Under-19 female player Chloe.
