Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has his mind set on a move to Real Madrid at the end of the season as his wife has reportedly spent time in the Spanish capital scouting properties.
The 28-year-old has admitted multiple times that he 'dreams' of representing Real at some point in his career, especially if it means playing under his hero Zinedine Zidane.
Los Blancos are believed to be preparing a big-money offer for the Belgium international, seeing him as the type of marquee signing that will propel them back to the top table of European football.
According to Don Balon, Hazard's other half recently travelled to Madrid to look at several properties in the luxurious residential estate La Finca, where the majority of Real's current squad live.
Hazard is said to have everything ready for his summer move and is now awaiting an agreement to be reached between the two clubs.
