British Paralympic swimmer Ellie Simmonds has comfortably secured IPC World Championship qualification time in the 200m individual medley in the SM6 category.
The 20-year-old, who is a 13-time world champion, needed three minutes and 15.25 seconds to reach the standard, and she eased through in 3:06.09 at the Para-Swimming international meet in Glasgow.
"I'm really pleased with that," Simmonds told BBC Sport. "Yesterday wasn't great for me - I swam well in the 100m breaststroke, but I was disappointed with how I swam in the 100m freestyle as I wanted to be faster."
Simmonds's time in the 200m IM was just two seconds off of her world record.
