Great Britain's Charlie Attwood has qualified for the 100m breaststroke semi-finals in Baku after finishing second in the heats, while Luke Davies also qualified.
Attwood's time of 1:01.93 was good enough to win the fourth heat, and only Russia's Anton Chupkov (1:00.94) fared better in qualifying.
Davies (1:03.17) finished third in Chupkov's heat, making him the ninth-fastest swimmer to reach the semi-finals.
Team GB's Attwood will be looking to pick up his first medal of the European Games, while Davies claimed bronze in the 200m breaststroke final on Wednesday.
