Team GB's Murray Buchan "nervous" about first run

Great Britain freestyle skier Murray Buchan admits that he is feeling slightly nervous ahead of his first run in the half-pipe at the Winter Olympics.

Great Britain freestyle skier Murray Buchan has admitted that is feeling "nervous" as he prepares to get his Winter Olympic campaign underway.

The 22-year-old will feature in his first Games when he participates in the half-pipe later today, and had admitted that he has mixed emotions ahead his first run at Rosa Khutor Extreme Park.

He told the Edinburgh News: "I'm nervous, the nerves are starting to kick in. I'm feeling good, injury free and positive. I'm confident, I just hope the pipe holds up and we can get down to business."

Buchan finished 18th in his event in the World Championships in 2013.
