Great Britain skeleton hopeful Shelley Rudman has admitted that she has some catching up to do in order to be as fast as the "top group" of competitors.
Rudman said that she would do as much as possible in the final training session in order to catch up before the competition gets underway on Thursday.
"Only one more day of official training left until the first race day on Thursday," Rudman wrote on her Facebook page.
"Training has been gradually improving, but I'm not quite as fast as the top group of girls yet. Trying to catch them up."
Rudman will be competing alongside fellow Brit Lizzy Yarnold, who set the fastest time in Monday's practice session at the Sochi Games.
