Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has conceded that he must improve as the franchise looks to salvage something from this season.
The Bears are currently 3-6 for the campaign and Cutler has committed 15 turnovers in nine games, which consist of 10 interceptions and five fumbles which have led to 65 points by opponents.
"We have to get better, I have to get better," Cutler told reporters. "That's just kind of the focus right now, finding every little thing I can get better at to try to win a ballgame.
"We probably, as an offense and as a whole, have to get some plays going, get some drives going, and we can build on that for sure."
Cutler is 8-12 under current coach Marc Trestman and he produced his worst passer rating of the season in the recent 55-14 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
