The Cincinnati Bengals maintained their 100% start to the season with a dominating 33-7 win against the Tennessee Titans in their NFL clash.
The Titans had a solid start to the game on offense as Jake Locker moved them down the field, in a drive that contained a quarterback run of 29 yards. However, the drive came to an end when Ryan Succop missed a 40-yard field goal.
Cincinnati responded with a good drive and they had no problems getting on the board when Andy Dalton moved them into the redzone as Mike Nugent nailed a 29-yarder between the posts.
The Bengals then extended their lead in unconventional fashion as Mohamed Sanu collected a backwards pass from Dalton, and then found the quarterback on a route, and he ran all the way into the endzone for an 18-yard touchdown.
Cincinnati continued to dominate and they added a safety for a holding call in the endzone on the Titans. Matters got worse for the visitors when Locker was intercepted by Robert Geathers, which set up a one-yard score for Giovani Bernard.
In the second half, the Bengals maintained the high level of their performance and Bernard scored his second rushing touchdown of the game as he showed brute strength to power through the line for a touchdown.
The home side added to their impressive scoreline when Dalton handed off to Jeremy Hill, who reached over the goalline to go in for the touchdown from four yards out.
Tennessee got a consolation score when running back Shonn Greene powered into the endzone from one yard out late in the game.
