John Fox has said that the Denver Broncos will not be resting Peyton Manning, despite already having qualified for the playoffs.
The Broncos quarterback, who has thrown for over 4,000 yards this season, missed the entire 2011 campaign after undergoing neck and spinal fusion surgery.
The Denver coach told USA Today: "That has not been an option, and not something that we'll talk about. Right now, our main agenda is to get better and improve so we can be playing our best football in January.
"If we don't play our best against Cleveland this week, it will be all for naught. All our focus will be on the Cleveland Browns."
The Broncos have claimed the AFC West title, and are battling with the New England Patriots for a playoff bye week.
