Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew has insisted that his side won't back down against the Denver Broncos on Sunday.
Some bookmakers have offered the largest points spread in history for the match as the winless Jaguars take on a Broncos side in imperious form, averaging almost 50 points per game this season.
"As coach would say, Murphy (Murphy's Law) is here, but the way you defeat Murphy is you just keep fighting, you keep playing, and we'll see how things turn out," Jones-Drew told reporters.
"There's no way in hell we're going to back down. We're going to go out there and play our game the same way we always have and we'll go out there and have fun."
The Broncos have won 16 regular season games in a row, including all five so far this season, and quarterback Peyton Manning has thrown more touchdowns (20) in the first five games than anyone else in NFL history at the same stage of a campaign.
