Miami Dolphins running back Lamar Miller feels that he has won the starting job at his side this season.

Miami Dolphins running back Lamar Miller believes that he has won the starting job for his side this season.

Miller was in competition in training camp with Daniel Thomas to replace the departed Reggie Bush as the club's number one back.

Miller told the Miami Herald: "Yeah, I'm ready. I just feel like I'm ready. I can help this team win. I'm ready. I do feel like I won the job."

Miami open their regular season against the Cleveland Browns on September 8.
