New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman has claimed that he doesn't know if he will be fit enough to play in week one of the season.
The 29-year-old suffered a leg injury at the start of training camp, and may be forced to miss their first game of the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Edelman told ESPN: "Any time you're not able to go out there and play it's difficult, but it's part of the game. I'm just working hard, doing everything I can each and every day to improve myself each and every day."
Edelman has scored 14 touchdowns in six seasons for the Pats.
