Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has insisted that the surgery he underwent on his right knee has made it feel "brand new".
Roethlisberger went under the knife a month ago for a repair of his meniscus and the player now hopes that he will be able to achieve his second 16-game season of his career.
"It feels great, it feels better than ever, like it's a brand new knee, and I feel younger than ever. I feel good," Roethlisberger told 7M Sports.
Roethlisberger has played for the Steelers his entire career, since making his professional debut in 2004.
