A.J. Jenkins has said that he is hoping for an opportunity to play in the playoffs for the San Francisco 49ers.
The wide receiver has yet to make a reception for the 49ers, having been drafted in the first round in 2012.
The 23-year-old told the 49ers' website: "I don't look behind me. Right now, the most important thing for me is the next practice. With the playoffs, it's a great opportunity to play some more football.
"It's a blessing to be around great teammates and great coaches. To me, it's a great feeling to keep playing with these guys so hopefully we can keep this thing going."
Despite being healthy all season, the rookie has played in just three games for San Francisco.
The 49ers face the Green Bay Packers in the divisional round of the playoff on Saturday.
