Washington Redskins offensive linebacker Brian Orakpo has assured that he is "300%" ready for the new season having recovered from injury.
Orakpo said that he is planning to make up for lost time and put in a bid for the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year.
"I'm 100, 200, 300% - whatever that number may be," Orakpo told the Skins' official website. "In OTAs or minicamp, I didn't miss a day, I didn't miss a practice. I was ready to go. In training camp, I'm going to be full go.
"I'm going to rip it up this year. I have high expectations. I want to win, be in contention for Defensive Player of the Year, get Comeback Player of the Year."
Orakpo only played two matches last season because of his injury.
