Three-time world champion Colin Jackson believes that Great Britain captain Dai Greene is capable of defeating Puerto Rico's Javier Culson at London 2012.
The Welshman has failed to defeat the 28-year-old on three occasions but Jackson is confident that the home crowd will give Greene that extra push.
"I can see Dai Greene is the man of the moment," BBC Sport quotes Jackson as saying. "He has been sneaking himself back into good shape and that is what you need to do.
"He has been beaten by his main rival Javier Coulson three times but he has been getting closer and closer. With home advantage that could make the difference."
Current world champion Greene will compete in round one of the heats in the 400m hurdles this morning.
