San Antonio Spurs beat Golden State Warriors in thriller

Tiago Splitter tips in 2.1 seconds from time to secure a 104-102 win for the San Antonio Spurs over the Golden State Warriors.

Tiago Splitter scored with a tip-in rebound 2.1 seconds from time to earn a 104-102 victory for the San Antonio Spurs over the Golden State Warriors.

San Antonio, who were without Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker, condemned Golden State to their 13th loss of the season.

It looked like the game would be heading for overtime following Stephen Curry's late three-point effort.

Spurs missed with two shots after Curry's game-tying effort but Splitter produced the crucial play to hand the Spurs a 12th away win of the campaign.

Marco Belinelli scored 28 points for the visitors, while Kawhi Leonard added 21 points and 10 rebounds as San Antonio's supporting cast stepped up in the absence of three key players.
