Lamar Odom has signed a deal in principle with Spanish club Laboral Kutxa, according to a report.
ESPN claims that the 34-year-old, who became a free agent after finishing the 2012-13 season with the Los Angeles Clippers, has put pen to paper on a contract to remain in the Liga Endesa for the rest of the campaign.
It has also been reported that there is no clause in Odom's contract with the Vitoria-Gasteiz-based outfit that will allow him to return to the NBA if an opportunity arises, as the former Miami Heat forward intends to stay in Spain for the remainder of the season.
Odom was close to making his NBA comeback in November last year when Clippers coach Doc Rivers invited him to the team's practice facility.
However, the former Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks player failed to impress and will now line up alongside fellow former NBA star Andres Nocioni at Kutxa.
