Promoter Frank Warren has revealed that Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury have agreed to face each other in Manchester on July 26.
The encounter between the two British heavyweights is a final eliminator for the WBO title, with the victor earning the opportunity to face Wladimir Klitschko.
The showdown at the Phones4U Arena will be the second time that Chisora and Fury have faced each other, with Fury prevailing on points in their first bout in 2011.
Fury has since taken his professional record to 22 victories with no defeats, while Chisora holds both the WBO and WBA international straps after recording five wins in a row.
Warren also revealed that he hoped that the vacant British title would be on line in four months' time.
