Raphinha misses out altogether, having represented Brazil on Tuesday night, but Ronald Araujo is among the substitutes, as he was not involved for Uruguay earlier this week.
Pau Cubarsi is also in the squad despite suffering an ankle issue in Spain's UEFA Nations League clash with the Netherlands last week, but he is unlikely to be used for the rearranged fixture, which was originally due to take place on March 8 before being postponed following the tragic death of Barcelona's first-team doctor Carles Minarro Garcia.
Eric Garcia joins fit-again Inigo Martinez in the middle of the defence, while there are also starts for Gavi, Dani Olmo and Ferran Torres, as Flick shuffles his pack for the key La Liga fixture.
As for Osasuna, their major news involves Ante Budimir, with the 15-goal striker only on the bench for the visitors.
