World super-middleweight champion Carl Froch believes that he has another two years in the sport before he decides to hang up his gloves.
Froch, the current IBF and WBA super-middleweight title holder, is currently preparing to face George Groves in Manchester on November 23, and the Nottingham-based fighter has revealed that he feels in peak condition ahead of the bout.
The 36-year-old told Sky Sports News: "I think that the minute that I don't feel great, or when I can't do what I need to do which is to get in the ring to box for potentially 12 rounds, that's when I will retire.
"While I am still enjoying it and I can still do it, then I'm going to continue to do it. I still feel physically great.
"At 36, some people are past their best, and in and out of their prime, but I'm very much in my prime. I think that there's another couple of years to go."
Froch has won 31 of his 33 professional encounters.
