David Haye insists that he will push his body in training in order to be at his best for his comeback bout against Manuel Charr.

Former WBA heavyweight champion David Haye has vowed that he will push his body to the limits in preparation for his comeback fight against Manuel Charr.

The 32-year-old will return to the ring for the first time since announcing his retirement from the sport last year.

"I'm 32 now, I haven't taken too much punishment or damage so while the opportunity is there to regain that heavyweight championship of the world, which I desperately want to do, I will put my body through it in training," Haye told BBC Radio Five Live.

Haye will go toe-to-toe with Charr, who has lost just one professional bout, at the MEN Arena in Manchester on June 29.
