Danish super-middleweight Mikkel Kessler has announced plans to return to the ring later in 2014.
Kessler, a five-time world champion, has not fought since losing to Carl Froch on points at London's O2 Arena last May, and after he failed to clarify his future plans, it was unclear whether the Dane would continue in the sport.
However, at a press conference on Wednesday, it was revealed that the 35-year-old would target a sixth world title.
Kessler has 46 wins from 49 professional encounters, with his only losses coming against Froch and unbeaten pair Joe Calzaghe and Andre Ward.
