Amir Khan still believes that he should have been named the victor from his fight with Lamont Peterson last December.
The British fighter lost his WBA and IBF light-welterweight titles to the American on a points decision.
Speaking at the press conference for the rematch between the two fighters that is due to take place in Las Vegas, Khan insisted that errors will not be made the second time around.
"I've got a lot of respect for Lamont Peterson," Khan told reporters.
"The last fight was toe to toe and exciting. I still think I won it and it hurts me watching it. The next fight there won't be any mistakes."
The upcoming bout will take place on Saturday, May 19.
