Australian middleweight Jarrod Fletcher has revealed that he is looking for a new opponent after Martin Murray reportedly withdrew from their bout on February 1.
Murray had been scheduled to defend his WBA interim belt in Monte Carlo next month, with the Brit hoping to press forward with a third attempt to secure a world title in 2014.
However, Fletcher, who had been regarded as a big underdog ahead of the proposed encounter, revealed on his Facebook page that the fight had been cancelled.
Neither Murray or his promoter Ricky Hatton have confirmed whether they have officially pulled out of the contest.
