Former Australia fast bowler Brett Lee has insisted that cricket is not one of the culprits involved in illegal drug-taking and match-fixing.

A government report revealed yesterday that following a year-long investigation, evidence has shown that there is "widespread" doping in Australian sport.

"We want to see some evidence and if someone is being caught then show us," BBC Sport quotes Lee as saying.

"All I can say is on behalf of the Australian cricket team and anyone who wants to play for their country, everyone is doing the right thing and making sure they are training very hard."

Reports have claimed that the Aussie rules and the Australian Rugby League are under scrutiny.
