England all-rounder Ben Stokes has conceded that the hosts are "under the pump" in the second Ashes Test against Australia.
After losing the first Test in Cardiff, Australia have dominated all three days so far at Lord's and go into day four with a lead of 362 and all 10 second-innings wickets remaining.
Stokes said that England have to accept the fact that they will have to bat for around one and a half days if they are to salvage a draw or unlikely victory.
"We're under the pump, tomorrow's a big day for us," Stokes told Sky Sports News.
"We've got to get our heads around the fact we've got to bat 150 overs. We need to try to make them bat as long as possible, not let them get too far ahead in a short space of time."
Stokes has scored well with the bat so far in the series, following up knocks of 52 and 42 in the first Test with a score of 87 today.
