Surrey bowler Jade Dernbach and Somerset wicket-keeper Craig Kieswetter have been handed increment contracts from England for the 2010/11 season.
The duo have qualified for the contracts after appearing in two Twenty20 internationals as well as seven one-day matches this campaign.
England and Wales Cricket Board national selector Geoff Miller said: "This award reflects the contributions Craig and Jade have made to our T20 and one-day international teams this season and we congratulate both players on their achievement."
An increment contract can be awarded after a player reaches 20 points for appearing in Test matches, T20 or ODI fixtures.
