Former Pakistan captain Salman Butt and fast-bowler Mohammad Asif have been found guilty of conspiracy to cheat and conspiracy to obtain and accept corrupt payments in the spot-fixing scandal.

Butt, 27, and 28-year-old Asif were accused of deliberately bowling no balls in last year's Test match against England at Lord's.

Both were found unanimously guilty of conspiracy to cheat, while majority verdicts of 10-2 found the pair guilty of conspiracy to obtain and accept corrupt payments.

The pair will be sentenced later this week after the four-week trial was concluded a Southwark Crown Court.
