Great Britain women's wheelchair basketball team earn a place at the next Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Great Britain women's wheelchair basketball team have secured qualification for next year's Paralympics.

The squad are currently competing at the European Championships in Worcester, with four places on offer for the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro.

However, despite still having one match remaining in the group stage, GB have booked their place in Brazil after seeing off Spain by a 54-40 scoreline to progress through to the semi-finals.

The men's team will also qualify for the Paralympics if they can beat Italy in Thursday's quarter-final contest.
