Kim Woodburn defines "scabby-arsed rat"

Kim Woodburn explains her use of the phrase "scabby-arsed rat" during her time on Celebrity Big Brother.

Former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Kim Woodburn has explained her use of the phrase "scabby-arsed rat".

During her appearance on the January 2017 edition of the reality show, the former How Clean Is Your House? presenter accused Irish twins Jedward of being so greedy that they "would eat a scabby-arsed rat".

Asked what the phrase means during an Instagram Q&A, the 78-year-old told fans: "Well a scabby-arsed rat is just.. I mean, a rat, filthy creature. Not only are they filthy, they've got scabby arses. So there's nothing down for them my loves... if you're a scabby-arsed rat you're the lowest of the low.

"I also occasionally also say 'scabby-arsed fly' but it means the same thing. It means a fly that hoardes on feces - and rats eat faces and vomit, they do. And they've got scabby arses as well. So if I call you that it's not nice my loves. Don't call it your friends please."

During the Q&A session, Woodburn also revealed that she would host another show in the vein of How Clean Is Your House? but does not expect to be approached.
