AC Milan defender Mattia de Sciglio has told his teammates not to underestimate Inter Milan ahead of Sunday's derby in Serie A.

The third-placed Rossoneri come into the match at the San Siro unbeaten in the league in 2013, while Inter sit just a point behind them.

"The derby is a great game," De Sciglio told Sky Sport Italia. "It's the sort of match in which every kid dreams of playing.

"Inter are not having the best of times at the moment, but you can never make predictions for the derby. They will have a great desire to win."

The Nerazzuri earned a narrow 1-0 victory when the two sides met in October.
